Communication and Acknowledgment

The Academy ensures that its anti-discrimination policy is communicated to and acknowledged by all relevant stakeholders, including learners, instructors, developers, and planners.

Learners

The anti-discrimination policy is made available to learners through publicly accessible Student Information resources and during the registration or enrollment process. Learners are informed of the policy prior to participation in CE/T activities. Acknowledgment of the policy is obtained through acceptance of enrollment terms or registration requirements.

Instructors, Developers, and Planners

All instructors, developers, and planners engaged by the Academy are made aware of the anti-discrimination policy as part of their onboarding and contractual engagement process. Compliance with the policy is a condition of participation in CE/T program development, planning, and delivery. Acknowledgment of the policy is obtained through contract language, addenda, or written confirmation.

Evidence of Acknowledgment

Evidence of communication and acknowledgment is maintained through enrollment acceptance records, contractual documentation, and acknowledgment forms or templates. Blank copies of acknowledgment language or templates are retained and made available for accreditation review upon request.
