This 2-day intensive training is designed to equip professionals with a comprehensive understanding of wind farm operations & maintenance (O&M) strategy and asset management. Cristina specializes in Offshore Wind O&M with over 11 years of experience in the energy sector. She has deep expertise in wind turbine reliability, blade performance, and fleet support. After starting her career in oil and gas consulting in Lyon, France, she joined GE Power's Edison Engineering Development Program before transitioning to GE Renewable Energy. In her current role she leads root cause analyses for complex technical issues, supports field technicians worldwide, and contributes to new blade product introductions to enhance fleet reliability.

Director of Asset Management, OWC - an ABL Group Company
Cliff brings over two decades of experience in offshore wind farm asset management and infrastructure development, including 11 years with Ørsted and board membership of several operating offshore wind farms. He has a proven track record of working with senior leadership teams, board directors, shareholders, and operators to deliver commercially impactful outcomes. Cliff has extensive operational project management experience of offshore assets undertaking significant repair and replacement campaigns on turbines and cables. He is based in London, UK.
